Session Dates

The 2026 Spring Session includes 22 classes, beginning on January 11, 2026 and ending on June 14, 2026, which will be the tentative Summer Concert date (not counted as a class).

Class Structure

Duration:
Weekly 50-minute classes.

Class Size:

• Maximum 5 students

• Minimum 3 students
  Classes with fewer than 3 students may be dissolved or shifted to an alternate schedule.
  Classes exceeding 5 students will also be given an alternate schedule.

Format:

• Children: In-person

• Adults: Hybrid (in-person + online)

Absences & Make-ups

UrmiMusic does not offer make-up classes.
Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Attendance (18 & under)

Students must maintain 80% attendance, with:

• Up to two excused absences (48-hour notice)

• Up to two unexcused absences

Required for participation in:

• Summer Concert

• 10-Song Challenge

Child Safety

• Escort children to class and ensure a teacher is present

• No drop-offs more than 10 minutes early

• No unsupervised waiting

• Prompt pickup required

Recital

Annual Summer Concert: June 14, 2026 at the Concert Hall at Drew University.​

$650 (non-refundable)

Refunds

No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes or mid-session withdrawal.
Exception: A full refund will be provided if a required schedule change by UrmiMusic cannot be accommodated by the student/family.

Photo & Recording

UrmiMusic may use classroom and performance photos/videos for promotional purposes.
