Fall Session Dates

The Fall session consists of 14 weekly classes, running from September 6 to December 15, 2025.

Enrollment Deadline

Priority enrollment for current students is open through Sunday, June 15, 2025.
Starting Monday, June 16, enrollment will be open to new students.

Class Size & Duration

• Small group classes with 4–5 students to ensure individual attention

• Weekly classes of 50 minutes each

Absences & Make-Up Policy

UrmiMusic does not offer make-up classes. Musical progress depends on consistency.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, to encourage commitment and regular attendance.

Class Format

• Hybrid classes for adult students

• In-person classes for children

Attendance Policy (Children 18 & Under)

• Minimum 80% attendance required

• Up to 2 excused absences (with 48 hours’ notice)

• 1 unexcused absence allowed

These requirements must be met to participate in the Winter Concert or the ‘10 Song Challenge’.

Child Safety & Drop-Off Guidelines

• Always escort your child to class and ensure teacher is present

• Do not drop off children in the parking lot or leave them unattended in the waiting area

• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class

• Prompt pickup after class is appreciated

• UrmiMusic is not responsible for children outside of designated class times

Recitals & Performances

Our Annual Winter Program in December features solo performances. Participation is optional.

Tuition

• $450 for the session (non-refundable)

• Payment secures enrollment and can be made via:

Refunds

Enrollment is a commitment to the full session.
No refunds or credits are given for missed classes or withdrawals.

Photo & Recording Policy

UrmiMusic may photograph and record classes, events, and performances for promotional purposes.
By enrolling, you consent to the use of these recordings and images in UrmiMusic publications and media.
