DOS AND DON’TS for PEAK PERFORMANCE
DOS
-
Make sure you get about 8-9 hours of sleep the night before.

Pick out your outfits & accessories in advance. Make sure they fit, and are comfortable.

On the day of the program, practice for 30 to 60 minutes in the morning
-
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
-
Eat a healthy high protein meal an hour before leaving home.
-
Warm up once more before heading out for the venue ( practice for about 20 minutes)
-
Feel good about performing. Stay positive and relaxed.
DONT’S
-
No partying the night before
-
No yelling
-
No spicy or greasy food.
-
Dairy should be avoided on the day of the program.
