DOS AND DON’TS for PEAK PERFORMANCE

 

DOS

  • Make sure you get about 8-9 hours of sleep the night before. 

  • Pick out your outfits & accessories in advance. Make sure they fit, and are comfortable.

  • On the day of the program, practice for 30 to 60 minutes in the morning

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated

  • Eat a healthy high protein meal an hour before leaving home.

  • Warm up once more before heading out for the venue ( practice for about 20 minutes)

  • Feel good about performing. Stay positive and relaxed.

 

DONT’S

  • No partying the night before

  • No yelling 

  • No spicy or greasy food. 

  • Dairy should be avoided on the day of the program.
